Sport Essentials That Keep You On Track

My resistance workouts and especially sport essentials have become more and more important to me the last months. Working towards my goals and my vision of a healthy and good-looking body has been a tough journey.

I have never thought to be that kind of person one day who focuses on clean eating and working out more than three times a week. It became part of my life and helps me to stay focused all day.

Why the right Sport essentials are important…

Sport is still a brain thing and if you dress better you feel more comfortable about yourself. In a way it keeps you motivated to push yourself every time. My current workouts include a lot of cardio as well as resistance training and both are very important for muscle growth or what we call a bikini body. I’m a huge fan of the Kayla Itsines Workouts and I can highly recommend to do them if you’re the person who wants to quick results. The Kayla program is really sweat-inducing and quite challenging. I’m happy I decided for it and I have never felt better before. My program will end in December and I’m really excited about the final result ;)

Do you remember the Alexander Wang post last Monday? The sportive collection made me think about my sportswear and sport essentials and the fact how much I’m obsessed with it. If you would ask me how much sports bras I own, I couldn’t tell you an exact number. Related to my sports bras I can say for sure that you can never have enough of them and by the fact they are really worth buying. After all I wrote down let’s come straight to the point.
