When it comes to my foundation routine, I’m changing it every 2-3 months. Todays post will be all about my actual routine and how I get the perfect coverage for my skin.

My foundation routine includes 5 products – don’t worry it won’t take too long!

My foundation routine and how to get started…

One of my best-loved products at the moment is clinique superdefense SPF 20 and xx. Moisturizing is one of the most important things for your skin. It keeps your skin moisturized all day and helps to receive a much better coverage in combination with your foundation. Of course you should find out first, what kind of skin type you are and which cream fits you well. There are special creams for oily skin, that doesn’t need moisturizing at all.
Just a few things you should keep in mind before you get started :)


The last weeks I have been very busy with my skin – I tried several foundations but they were too much coverage for me and didn’t feel good on my skin.
I decided to change my routine and bought myself a CC cream from Loreal. It is a very liquid product so be careful when you open it! At the beginning the color is green (based on the color correcting effect, green is responsible for redness) and after applying it, it feels light and smooth on your skin.

I don’t need much coverage at all, because I invest most of my time in moisturizing my skin. If you’re looking for light coverage like me, a CC cream is going to meet your expectations.

foundation_routine_sorayaFor my under the eye area, I use a clinique even better eyes especially for dark circles. I’m a person who can’t leave the house with concealer on, and I really fell in love with this one. As second layer I use MAC concealer NW 15- and fix everything again with MAC skinfinish natural powder. Voilá and you’re done!
